Radiology

The report, without the retyping.

Speak the findings the way you would to a colleague. Foxeko keeps the medical words and lays them out as a report. This is an example, not a patient record, and Foxeko is not a medical device.

Before and after

Raw speech on the left. The report shape on the right. Nothing was added that was not said.

Paste into PACS and Citrix

Desktop, at the caret

The Mac and Windows apps type into whichever field is focused. If that field is a PACS report box, the text lands there.

Citrix and remote desktops

When the remote session is the focused window, paste goes into that window. Foxeko does not need a plugin inside the PACS.

This browser

A web page cannot drive a Citrix session. The browser app copies the report so you can paste it yourself. No account is required to try that.

Templates

Snippets expand a short phrase into the skeleton you always use. You still speak the findings. The template does not invent them.

Chest radiograph

Say “chest template” and the headings Findings and Impression appear, with a blank line under each for what you dictate next.

CT head

A snippet can open with technique, comparison, and the usual negative lines you have saved — only the lines you stored.

Sign-off

A closing line with your name and the date stays a snippet, so it is the same every report and never guessed.

Vocabulary for radiology ships with the product as spelling hints. It is not a certification, and it is not a substitute for reading the study.
